Get your body energized with one of our favorite yoga instructors on the screen. Join six others for a power flow with TE. In this class, we will stream the power class onto the big screen and flow together to experience a high-intensity session that supports each other. This class includes balance poses, along with a continuous dynamic flow with breath and mindfulness to match.
Note: Class passes cannot be used with this workshop. Refreshments will be included after the session to chat about our thoughts and the experience. We will also discuss the possibility of adding a power yoga class to The Nook’s schedule.
