Join us for a delightful day of crafting and well-being activities in support of MacMillan Cancer Support. This event is designed to bring the community together to create, relax, and support a great cause.

Activities Include:

Craft: See what crafts and workshops The Nook has to offer in the next few months, including fabulous wreath and Christmas specials.

Well-being Sessions: Join Tim from Pressure Sensitive for a 30-minute myofascial release massage taster session for only £5, donated to the charity. Find out how Pressure Sensitive can help you. Also, join one of The Nook’s yoga team for a guided meditation or well-being talk, or even enquire about our yoga schedule. Booking essential please book below.

Events are all located at Dale House, Bredon Rd with additional space generously donated by Portable Partitions.
