Shellie K
Hi I'm Shellie, owner of The Nook. In 2019, I left my financial career to create a space for yoga, friendship, and mindfulness. My wonderful husband David built The Nook for me. I’m a 200-hour Vinyasa and Hatha teacher, and a 60-hour Children’s Yoga instructor. I live on a wide-beam boat with David and our dog Fletcher. Yoga is for everyone and should be fun.
Christine Cox
Hi, I’m Christine, a dedicated yoga instructor with certifications from the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance (200 hours). I specialise in Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Therapy, and I believe anyone can practice yoga. Currently, I’m completing my 500-hour Advanced Training to further deepen my expertise.
James Aubury
I started yoga regularly in 2015 and haven’t looked back. I’ve trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, completing my 200-hour certification in 2020. I’ve also done breathwork and flexibility training, and I’ve completed my 100-hour Meditation Teacher certificate. Outside of yoga, I’m an IT guy, runner, and family man.
Eloise Castle
Hi, I’m Eloise. Yoga transformed my life, starting from stress relief to earning my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Thailand. In my classes, I offer a welcoming space to slow down and connect within. Whether you’re new or experienced, I’m here to help. I love art, mindful walks, and meditating in nature. I’m Chantal, a qualified coach, Myers Briggs practitioner, personal development trainer, and yoga teacher with 200 hours Yoga Alliance, 50 hours Yin, and 30 hours Breathwork training. I love helping students feel calmer in mind, body, and soul. I’m also a wife, mum, grandmother, and dog-owner of Wilf!
